- Be happy to share your knowledge, your skills.
- Be aware of your environment and contribute to raise the level of awareness regarding this environmentBe open, the world is changing fast and your survival will be determined by your skill to adapt.
- Become a communicator. You have to be able to engage a conversation with the people you meet and share effectively.
All of the above constitute a mindset or more speicifically a” growth mindset”

Sadly, most managers and even CEOs become bosses, not leaders. They wield power instead of transforming themselves, their workers, and their organization.
